Yeah, I failed at microblogging. That’s kind of sad. But anyway, I’m finishing up my finals week (I have to complete this essay and take one more final), and then heading back to Philly for a short break. Hopefully, I can finish the essay by the end of today…

This week has been pretty exhausting already. For this term, it looks like Wednesday nights are my only “free time”. So far, I’ve been working almost non-stop from Monday to 6PM today on various assignments and this really tough Ch 21c set that took about two whole days to complete. Well, at least I can rest just a little bit until tomorrow.

Well, it looks like I’ll have to give a poster presentation at the upcoming MSC conference held by the Goddard research group every year. I have roughly less than a day to put the abstract and poster together and get it printed. So I better get to work…

Completed all of my finals today. Now I’m on break! I think I’m going to try to pick up Ruby on Rails.

Wasn’t much going on these past days. I’ve just been studying for finals. I did go to Daikokuya Ramen in LA with a bunch of people in my house’s alley which is supposedly one of the best Ramen places around LA (according to two people in my alley). But I didn’t think it was all *that* great.

I just finished watching Red Hot Chili Pepper’s Live at Slane Castle DVD, and it was awesome. The producers and camera crew made me feel like I was there. The visuals had crystal clarity, and of course, RHCP rocked.

I just spent the past 2 hours setting up emacs on windows. By setting up, I mean doing the whole .emacs thing along with installing some of the extensions that I like (icicles, tabbar, and cursor-chg so far). For some reason forcing all the backup files to be saved in only one directory doesn’t seem to work. But oh well, I should work on my problem set now.

Today is a glorious day: Asian Kung-Fu Generation’s newest album, World World World, was released! Their last album was in 2006. I currently listening to it right now, and it rocks!
