Arg! *pretends to be really angry* My flight to Los Angeles today was cancelled today because of the weather (after waiting and arguing for about 3 hours at the airport). I have to leave early tomorrow to get to Caltech. Even then, I’ll be missing my first day of classes and all of those kids at Avery will be throwing huge parties and having tons of fun (Well, I’m kidding about the last part)! The moral of the story is: 1. Book your flights at least 2 weeks early. 2. Fly Southwest because they are awesome and cheap. Delta Airlines charges up the roof, requires connecting flights, and screws you over when it starts raining.

Ugh… it was snowing here and planes were still taking off, just how bad does it have to rain to cancel flights? I’ve never heard of airports closing because of rain, at least around here.
You definitely should have booked your return flight at the same time as you booked your flight out… have fun with classes and stuff tomorrow, though!
